That varys by the style size and builders you want but I would say minimum of 100k for a average size bungalow

My son has his site and planning permission.  He reckons 100k should get the whole house built, which includes everything from the foundations and blockwork upwards.  

I'm guessing that 50k would cover the blockwork.  But to be sure, get a quote from a builder in Ennis  ....  there's a list on http://www.irelands-directory.com/Clare/...
