Depend how much you want to spend and what you want in it.

It depends.. by doing all the work yourself, are you including electrical work?  Also, are you paneling or drywalling?  What kind of lighting are you going to do?  Drop ceiling, drywalled, or unfinished?  What are you putting for flooring?  Obviously, if you're doing the work yourself, you're saving yourself lots of money, but please be careful when working with wiring and leave the dangerous stuff to professionals.
