How much would it cost to build a room?

How much would it cost to build a 27' x 27' room? Just the walls, ceiling and insulation. It's a horizontal addition to the house and I already have a floor and where the foundation used to be.

It is best to plan to spend about $50 to 75 per square foot when building. You might look to spend less since you have the floor already there.
