How much would it cost to do a c or c1 driving test in ireland and how long would it take for the test?

i done my h g v  about 15 years ago h g v 1...  done 4  days training and test on the 5th day ..  in  N I..  test was 40 quid then  and instruction was 385quid..   if you have driven 7.5 tonners you will know the basic s and have an   idea..     now you have a problem  times changed ...you need to do class 2 first and pass then do class 1 artic s..  look in yellow pages for instructors in your area..  there s a few near craigavon where i done mine... would think about £600 for your 1st  and maybe £400 for 2nd..   its a moneyracket..   good  luck.

Hi it says on this website 63 Euros for a C or C1 licence and says test last about 30 minutes (seems a bit short to me - might just be for cars?)
