How much would it cost to fix the side mirror on a pontiac grand am?

I was pulling in to my garage and hit the side is there any glue i can buy? or how much is a new one have someone repair it? I want the cheapest way please

  1. The cheapest way that I know of and have personally done, on 1999 to 2004, is to remove the interior plastic triangle cover, and drill holes through the plastic mirror base mount inward, without drilling into emply space or the wiring harness.  Then use long sheet metal screws and paint them matching color, commonly black.

  3. Well, first it depends on how badly it was broken. If it just popped off, then replacing the mirror will work for about 60$. You should look on rockauto.com and type in your make model and year and then go to exterior body parts, then to outside mirror. That will get you a few options.

    Glue might work, but might not be as permanent as you would like. If you do decide to use glue, there is a putty epoxy that is sold at any napa auto parts store that should do the trick.
