How much would it cost to get a hood alone painted for a car?

Hi! The hood on my car has a few minor chips and dings, so I was thinking of replacing it. I have founded several "primed ready to paint" hoods that would fit my car on ebay. The only problem is that I do not know how much it would cost to just have the hood painted. If it makes a difference, I am just looking to have it painted black, a glossy black as if it was painted straight from the factory, nothing too cool or fancy! Thanks for your help in advanced!!!!!!!

i'd say at the cheapest probably about $200 paint is expensive nowadays wouldve been bout 100 a year ago

DONT GO TO MAACO YOUR PAINT WILL CHIP AFTER A YEAR!

Go to Maco and have them paint it for you. Take only the hood with you and tell them to prime it and paint, your choice of color. It whould be about $79.00 Dollars.

Remember the old saying" you get what you pay for "  Spend the extra money to get the job done right.If you take it to a place like Macco "you get what you pay for" Take it to a local paint shop and have them do it and you won't have to worry about it down the road.
