Illustrated Man is pretty good.....can be pricey tho....

I went to House of Pain on Parramatta road at Annandale/Stanmore/Camperdown (suburb depends on who you speak to!) but it's diagonally opposite Stanmore Macca's.  I got both mine done there....and was cheap too.

You shouldn't pay upards of $100 tho. (mine cost $80 each: I got a cross, about 10cm long and then some writing which takes up the space between my shoulder blades, but as I said...they were cheap - I think I got a special price...and that was 5 years ago)

The cost will depend on the size and style.

As for who I'd recommend either Sleevemasters in Kings Cross or Tony Cohen's Illustrated Man on Elizabeth St.
