How much would it cost to get my car lowered? Audi A4?

i have an Audi A4 with 18" Chrome rims and 18" performance Tires...i'm lookin to get it lowerd by .5-1.5 inches, how much will this cost me...do you think i need it lowerd...here are pics

  1. Lowering any car is going to cost almost $1000 with a quality kit and a trustworthy mechanic to do it. you can get cheaper kits or do it yourself but it'll put you at risk of suspension failure.

    As for advantages basically looks. It also lowers you center of gravity which can increase you handling ability.

To do it right you have to buy new shorter springs and shocks.So it can cost sum money if you have to go to a spring shop and have them made.Check out suppliers on line but if you need to have a shop do it they charged you much more for the items then if you purchase them your self and the labor cost will be more then the parts!

  4. I spent $1200 on Eibach pro springs.  Remarkable difference, and its not that obnoxiously low.
