How much would it cost to get the initials tattooed on my back?

just something simple like on my lower back? only 2 letters... in black nd white not real big and fancy tho

It really does depend on how big you want them. Some tattoo artists charge by size alone. Others charge by the amount of time it takes them to finish the tattoo. I really suggest shopping around and comparing prices. Also, I'd get opinions from people that have had work done in some shops. Cheaper isn't neccesarily better. Because the quality could be c**p. It will most likely depend also on what kind of letters you get. Will they be Old English, or something of the sort? There's only one guy that does tattoos in my little town. He charges $10.00 a letter. But those letters are only about 1/2 an inch. I don't know how he would charge if they were bigger. Probably double the price for doubling the size. So two letters that are an inch tall would cost about $40.00 Every tattoo shop I've come across has a flat rate of $20. They will not do any work for less then $20. You will also need your ID to prove that you are over 18 years old. Unless are aren't. Then you will need your parent to go in with you to give their consent. If the initials belong to someone you are dating...I don't suggest being honest about that at the parlor. They will more then likely give you a hard time. And lecture you about how you shouldn't do it. That only ruins the experience I think. Not to mention, I've watched a few friends actually be turned away from shops. Because the guys said they wouldn't do bf's initials. Just a little pre warning. Good luck. :)

I wouldn't pay more than $75... remember to tip your artist!

you need to contact tattoos shops in your area. each artist has different fees.

Depends on the shop and the country. For accurate quotes call local shops, but most have minimum amounts that they charge. Somewhere around 50 dollars give or take.
