  1. I agree with all the other collective answers. Can you get one, will the car accept one, after market sun roofs look like a bolt on extra and they are very likely to leak. And I wouldn't buy a car fitted with one.

  2. I'm not sure thats wise.  A car's rigidity is severly affected and you would have to reinforce the roof quite strongly.  A better idea is to buy a car with a sunroof.

I live in the UK, and will assume you do as well, so I will say the the Citroen C1 has one of the slowest depreciations of any car in the UK because everyone wants one due to low tax/congestion charge exempt/fuel consumption etc.  It would literally pay you to keep the car in as good a shape as possible (i.e. no modifications) so when you sell it you will get the best price.

  3. You'd have great difficulty, I'm not sure that anyone would be able to do it - you used to be able to buy DIY sunroof kits, but that's an awfully new car to be chopping bits out of.

The C1 isn't available with a sunroof at all as standard or an option, so I would suggest it's a no go.

  4. Don't, I bought a seconed hand car that had an after market sun roof fitted and it leaked.
