How much would it cost to have an new engine put in.?

2000 cavalier z24, how much money would they charge me at a repair shop to put a new one in? I already have the engine(new one) but i need it done. I live near akron ohio so if anyone has a good place to go it would help! Thanks!!!

if you put a new one in it about 2500 for the engine and labor,you can price the engine out on this web site ,they sell new rebuilt ones with a 3 year 75 thousand mile warranty on them,good luck,http://www.jasperengines.com/

Here in orlando I payed about $1000 to put my engine in. Sorry, don't know about Ohio
