probably 50 to 60 depending on how intricate. and no i dont. i think the neck looks trashy. try upper back or shoulder blade.

my friend has a tat that says faith inside a cross. costed her around $125 so yours may be $80-90

$40-70 it depends how big or small and how u want the lettering to be

the neck is a fairly good place to put it.. men tend to do it on the neck but women too
