I am trying to organize one and I need to know what would be involved in plannig one as well?

Most of the time you can ask your local walmart if you can hold on in their parking lot. some other stores will let you do it too. also try asking a self serve car wash owner if you would be able to use theirs. if you ask around you can sometimes have a fund raiser car wash for little to nothing out of your pocket.
