How much would it cost to make paper that gives the custody of my children to my parents if i die.?

My sister was wandering so if her and her husband die, and she would want her parent to take care of her children how much would it cast to make like a will to the parent.?

not sure about a full living trust or a will for cost.  but you can handwrite something to that effect and it will cost you the price of a notary.  around these parts...a notary costs about 10.00 per document
