Like anything in a capitalistic society, an item's value is determined by how much someone is willing to pay for it.  In the case of Walt Disney World, it seems likely the value would be many hundreds of millions of dollars, but there's no way to know for sure.

Even if you added up the market values of all the constituent parts -- from the land to the building materials to the flowers in the flower beds -- you still would not get an accurate picture of the property's true value, because so much of it is intangible.  How much of those intangible things would be retained under a new owner is one of many questions that would greatly affect the sale price.

In short, there are far too many variables to even attempt anything more than an estimate of the order of magnitude of the sale price.
