  2. Call the advertising department of the paper and ask for a rate card to be sent to you. First of all, rates are charged according to the number of insertions (times) you wish to run your ad. Obviously one time would be the highest rate... 5" wide would be approx. 3 columns wide x

    5" deep or 15 column inches, times that by the rate they give you - (example: $10. a col. inch, would be $10 x 15" = $ 150.)  Hope I was helpful, probably a low example!
