I'm not sure you can acutally rent out an entire mall. Plus, if you want to rent out the entire mall just for yourself, no stores would even be open to have a scavenger hunt, unless you planned on paying employees from every store out of your pocket so things would be open, plus security.

Just have the scavenger hunt during normal mall hours! =]
