How much would it cost to repair a torn right outer c/v boot? Just looking for a ballpark figure.?

Im not asking what it will cost, just what I can expect to pay to a mechanic. If it matters, its for a 96' Civic.

That job's about a 2 hour deal. Figure the shop labor rate(x's 2) and price the part. Add 15-30% and there you go. Ballpark.

your better off to change the whole axle, you have to pull it anyways.
