How much would it cost to send a large bubble mailer that ways about 9 ounces to Hamburg, Germany from the east coast of the United States via USPS?

The previous answer is misleading.  First Class Mail is mainly intended only for letters and paper.  If you are sending a package that contains something else, different rates may apply.  

Fortunately the post office has a simple online calculator that lets you see whether you can use the First Class International rate, or whether there is something better for you.  Check it out at the link below:

Hello, First Class International would be $8.65 for 9 oz.

Addition:  I am an internet seller. I ship overseas all the time.  You can send packages first class mail and first class international mail.  The boxes have to be a certain size and they cannot weigh more than a certain weight.  A 9 oz package most certainly will be small and can go first class.
