How much would it cost to ship a 20 gallon fish tank with ups?

They go by size and weight and distance and they won't know that until you get it to the UPS store.  You could measure it and weigh it and call UPS to check on  a price.

More than it's worth, that's for sure.  You will have to buy the tank, pay $10 to ship it, and then buy the customer another tank after UPS breaks it and says that the packaging was inadequate.
