How much would it cost to succeed in the sporting aparel and equipment industry?

It's my dream, to start off a company, like Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Puma etc. and was just wondering how much it would cost to start off, my plan is to start small, internet, selected dealers and never make the brand to avaliable, i.e. in Kmart, walmart etc.
