How much would it cost to tailor a shirt?

Its like this shirt: http://www.wetseal.com/catalog/product.jsp?categoryId=101&subCategoryId=113&productId=9935 except longer. I bought it as a large, but I fit S and xS. I just need to make it fit better so it doesn't slip off my chest.

Between $30-50.  Whomever does it is going to have to, literally, remake the shirt.  Buy one in your proper size.
