  1. Depends on many things, such as type and profile of the trim. Is it primed from the factory or will it stain and seal?

You did not mention basemold, crownmolding, interior doors?

I can help somewhat but you have to get the lineal footage and count doors, etc.

For a good trim carpenter allow $35 hr. which includes the tools he/she needs to cut and install the trim.

Doors 2hrs. ea. / windows 2hrs. each + 1hr. for extension jambs if needed each. Basemold 40' per hour, crownmolding 30' per  hour for 1 pc. crown, 15' per hour for 2pc.

    * Some windows you need to install extension jambs, these are the side pc. of wood that cover the side framing. If this is needed a lot of the time they have to be ran through a table saw and then sanded to make them look right.

  2. Is this interior or exterior trim ?  (Interior) Pending on the type of wood trim being used as low as $1.75 per linear foot, to custom trim that could run $25.00 per foot. the average is about $2.50 - $3.50 per foot for your basic casing and base board.

Exterior is running about $ 3.00 - $6.00 per foot If you are talking about a V.C.A. wrap.  need more info for a better answer, e-mail me at generalhomerepairs@yahoo.com
