  1. Despite the crisis in the spanish real estate, the prices for property in the prime areas in Madrid, like Barrio de Salamance have not yeat come down - but might in a few months.

    Currently, a 1 bedroom apartment in prime locations run for about 300k Euro.

    But you get cheaper in other nice parts of the city like Barrio de Chamartin for example.
