How much would it pay me to cut a garden in uk?

i just started my business and need help on pricing customers any ideas do i charge by the hour or by the garden size

My local gardener is very quick and he charges me £5 to do lawns front (small) and back reasonably large. He strims the edges first then mows and it usually takes him 20 minutes. He will work for the full hour and because I am 80 he digs and weeds my beds and charges £11 for the full hour, but he really works hard. He comes once every two weeks and that's fine.
