I am looking at a house right now, it was foreclosed, and has been vacant... there is a note that says the pipes had been frozen throughout the house, there is only 1 area where the water goes... the bathroom and the kitchen, which are right next to eachother

  1. Definitely call and get several estimates as the cost can vary by thousands of dollars.

  2. Leaking plumbing may also mean wet insulation and rotted wood. Estimates are only estimates and complete understanding of the problem at hand may not be detected until the wall covering is removed.  Beware !

  3. to be honest it would cost alot. the plumbing crew would have to remove the dry-wall and replace the plumbing. but since i am not there, the plumber at hand would be better able to give a price estimate.
