How much would these dolls be worth?

I have 4 of the 5 N'sync dolls and I have all of the Spice Girl dolls...and also a Britney Spears doll (her first doll)....They are still in boxes.. I looked on ebay and some are selling for $20 a piece but then I seen some for $200.. If I did sell them, should I wait for awhile (like years from now) as they could go up in value or would they?

I have almost every Britney Spears dolls that  were made and they still are in the boxes. I also have a backpack,and some magazines. I would like to know how much these would be worth and where could I sell them?
