How much would they charge to print out a poster in Office Max? (Approximately)?

Because I'd like to print posters of bands, which I can't really find in stores, and..... does the picture get blurry when you enlarge it poster size? or they have some equipment or something that makes it look good even if enlarged?

It depends on the size of the poster.  Bigger is more expensive.  The images can get blurry when blown up unless the graphics are detailed enough to take being blown up.  You need to supply a document with suffcient detail otherwise it will look pixelated.  They can't do anything about that unfortunately.
