You could probably build one at 1/2 the cost. Since this is a UK site and the prices for UK/American are totally different. I'd say maybe and this is a big maybe couple hundred bucks in the UK, which American could be in the thousands.

And since they say "I finally got my plywood vivs completed," means to me they built it. Which again, would come out cheaper in the long run.
