  1. Despite what most commentors say, Batman Adventures comics are in demand but don't go for too much over cover price even in near mint condition.  Any book that is less than 25 years old and is coverless is basically worthless.

I would give it to the next kid you see because they would just enjoy it for the story.  Yes Batman Adventures is one of the few comics out there that can be enjoyed by young kids and adults alike.

  2. idk. not much. but u may get lots if u keep it 4 like 30 yrs. it be like 50$ maybe even 100$

  3. It's not worth anything, and it never will be. Only comics from about 1975 and earlier are rare and desirable enough to make them worth more than a few dollars. Anything after that date, there has to be something special about the particular issue - a first issue of a popular series (not just any) or the first appearence of a popular chartacter, thngs which had a low print run originally but now have a lot of interest in them. It's the supply versus demand situation that sets the price on everything. There's LOTS of demand for the first appearence of Batman, but very little supply (only a few dozen copies exist). There's no demand for the 3,000th appearance of Batman, and there's plenty of supply.

The Batman Adventures comic series was set in the continuity of the cartoon show, so it's not even the 'real' Batman. The cover being detached makes it even less desirable. Anyone who knows anything about comics wouldn't give you more than 50 cents for it.

You should just give it to a little kid who likes Batman and would appreciate it.

  4. The comic would have to be a little older than that for it to be worth more, and it would have to be in mint or near mint condition to increase in value.

With the cover gone, and the book being only about 15 years old... you probably won't get much for it if you do decide to sell it.

  5. thats worth $5. not a good deal. maybe even less.

  6. I wouldn't buy that book because I'm not a Batman fan or rather not a fan of any Batman stories published after 1954. Hard core Batman fans probably wouldn't be interested in "Batman Adventures" because it is aimed at the audience of the "Batman: the Animated Series" not at fans of the various other Batman comics. Unfortunately, since the cover is no longer attached to the book, you would be lucky to be able to get the price on the cover (probably around a dollar and a half) for the book.

  7. You're going to have to search far and wide for anyone who will buy an issue of "The Batman Adventures" for collecting reasons. But without a cover, the comic is worthless to any collector (serious collectors will turn down 20 year old comics if they have a small crease in a back cover!)

I think you might get $1 (and some change) if you're lucky. The person who buys it will most likely buy it only for personal reading.

I personally would give you 20 cents (I'm not saying this to be mean, it's just the harsh truth!)
