How much would you donate to charity if you won lotto?

Question

I noticed that 4 lucky people won the first division prize of the $50million Oz Lotto draw last night ($13million each). If you won that much, how much would you donate to charity or to the betterment of others less fortunate?

Personally i would donate some, but i wouldn't know how much. people always say but "oh if i win the lottery, id give so much to charity, maybe a few Mill",  but it becaomes a whole differenet scenario when you have won the lottery, i dont think people give any to charity, and if they do, its probably not enough. People become greedy not giving any to where it is needed and once they actually get the money they dont want to give it away. So i dont think that most lottery winners would give to charity..

Buy what I wanted then support cancer research, rspca, maybe even build some units for the elderly that are being forced to sleep on the streets because they cant afford the rent or are mentally challenged, I used to be a foster mother to a child in guatamala, but since then have tried to help those closer to home, red cross, lifesavers international blind mission etc., too many to mention really! :)

I keep the 10 that's more than enough for me,..I donates the 3mil to different charity,..

If I were to win $13,000,000.. I think it would be safe to say I'd stick $500,000 in an account for my daughter ..so that she has it for her education and something towards a property of her own ...

SO that would leave me with 12 1/2 million....I'd keep maybe $5,000,000 MAX... and the rest would be invested .. so that I could continously sponsor several charitable organisations ( this would include sponsoring several children from third world nations)..

I don't need millions for myself....my family don't need millions..

But I would love to have enough money at my access to be able to help others more often

Oh, I will give the $10M to a charitable institution; and I will give $10M to my family;  I will deposit the $10M; the other $10M for a Feeding Program; and the other $10M, I will establish a Community for the Street Children with volunteer teachers and doctors.

Oh, how I wish to see all of these in real life :)

I would use the money to start my own foundation/charity so i could then donate even more and still be able to keep alot of the money.

I think that i would invest alot of the money in secure, interest accumulating accounts, so that in the future i can make more donations than just the first. The organisation i would definately back would be the RSPCA and the WORLD SOCIETY FOR THE PROTECTION OF ANIMALS both are extremely great orgs and i support them know, but i would also make large donations to world vision.. Theres not enough help out there for any of them as it is...
