How much would you pay a babysitter with these specifications?

She is 17 years old, has 6 years babysitting experience and is CPR certified. She is super responsible, and a great kid! She is watching my 4 month old daughter and 21 year old son. She has been watching my son since he was 5 months, and we love having her over. She is so excellent with the baby as well, and has been watching her since she was one month old. When she began watching my oldest child we payed her a set rate per hour, and then we upped the rate when she began watching both children. We think we pay her fine, but I am just looking for opinions on what others would pay her to see if it's generally the same. Thanks!

I pay a daycare to watch my  2 kids and it's about 800 a month for both.

For 2 kids probably $10-$15 an hour

Your son is probably 2 and not 21(lol) Here in Texas the going rate for 2 is anywhere from 40 to 60 per day.
