personal tutors have their own rates. if you're in america, you should check out craigslist. People usually put advertisements up, and you can also post an ad looking for one and what your budget is.

Well, if you have time to have a tutor, your teacher could be the best option. Ask him/her if they have time in the mornings. (Most teachers offer students some help early in the morning), and it's completely free.

Well that depends entirely on the toots. I mean, there are mediocre toots and then really ripe ones. So it would really just depend. Give 'em beans and franks for dinner , with a side of broccoli and it could get quite expensive.
