How much would you pay musician?

In a Catholic wedding, how much do you pay the person playing the music? And the person singing (different people)?

My Fiance is a pianist and has done a ton of Catholic and non-Catholic weddings.  He usually plays with a guitarist and a singer as well.  They each get around $100 each for the full hour.  It's usually $100 a person, if it's one person or more anyway (sometimes one of them wouldn't be available and just 2 would do it).
