I live in a small town outside a big town, one bedroom apartments are around 800/month. My family is moving to the beach and leaving me with our house. I am going to rent out the other 3, small bedrooms. I am not requiring the people to pay water, because my dad wants his grass stay nice, but will split the PG&E. The area is pretty nice, older homes, the tenants can share the bathroom, use the refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, backyard, and living and family room. So what would you charge someone for all of this? Remember: rooms are small, and they would have to share a bathroom.

  1. 600-700 dollar because you are sharing the kitchen and bathroom together they do not have the whole uses of the house.

  2. I think 300.00 would be reasonable, I dont think people will pay much higher, because they are missing one luxury, privacy , be sure to choose your tenants wisely, good luck.
