i know it varies, but just about how much would this cost... umm its like 4 inches...

I'm from England, and looking at that design, I'd estimate that my local place would charge about £50/60 in colour, and £30/35 for the outline (so $100-120, and $60-70)

But really, you're going to have to take that design to a few tattooists and get a few quotes

Take a look at their portfolios, to get an idea of their talent - you get what you pay for, and going for the cheapest quote will usually result in a substandard tattoo

If there is color involved it will be more, it depends on the artist, how big and color like I said before. I say around 150 - 250

ummmmm the best thing to do is go to an actual artist since they will be doing it anyway and not asking people who really have no idea.

NO ONE ON THIS SITE or any other will be able to give you a price for this ink...except the artist that does it.  

Price will vary on the time it takes, the ink used (color or black), the area it is appled, the experience of the artist, etc.

Fact is you get what you pay for...so saving that $50-$100 for a cheaper price from an artist that may not have as near as experience the one who quoted you the higher price may seem great, but the ink may not be as well done either.
