  3. determine your food cost first - then look at factors including the type of restaurant you have, the type of guests you will have (the more casual the lower the price basically). if your food cost is say, $1 - i'd sell for no less than $5. you wanna pad your profits to compensate comps.

  4. 4.50 up to 10.00 depending on what it is for. A charity? higher. if its a small cafe/diner, less for the repeat business
