Anywhere from $3-6.  If they are there really fast, I always give them more.  It kind of depends: sometimes I think that it's their job (they get paid a regular wage) and tip like $3.

I have noticed that the more you tip, the next time they are there way faster.

see how much the sales tax was and double it. thats a 15% tip. so im guessing like $2-$3

Considering gas prices, enough for a gallon of gas so I would give $4.
