  1. For every £5 you risk you will win £1.

    Here's an easy way for you to do this in the future. You simply convert the odds, in this case 1/5 into decimal form by dividing the top number by the bottom number. This give you the decimal odds of 0.2 Take that number and multiply by your wager amount of £10. This will give you a payout of £2 + £10 = £12.00 total.

Excellent answer Potsie.  2 L's plus your 10L back and you can tell who's from the U.K and who's not :)  The only thing I'll add is that you need to be careful with big favorites like this as the spreads are bigger and overall they tend to lose more money than they win.  This isn't to say it's a bad bet but it's the kind you need to be selective about as they indicate the public is going heavy and the bookmaker tends to build in more juice on these.
