It depends on the site that you sign up with. One site that i came across that approves offers really fast "this site is for real" i earned $15.00 in ten minutes.

I ussually spend 1 hour or less on these sites and make about 3-4 bucks per sitting, the one site i use is here,  http://www.gangstergreed.com?ref=80541
