I drive about 12 miles to and from work. It takes about 10 minutes and that's always getting the red light. Yes it's the busy hour. It costs me about $14 dollars a week for gas and that's for premium.I actually drive about 560 miles each day for work. Total car cost,haven't a clue

64 miles each way into west L.A. andback to palmdale. 10 $ a day in a 94 toy. corolla. car cost=2,000.00$ car has alredy paid 4 itself in 5 mths.

My office...

30 miles one way always in bumper to bumper traffic

To work...1.5 hours

Going home...1.5 - 2 hours

Corporate office...I sometimes have to go there

75 miles one way, mostly highway

1 hour 45 min either direction

Normal gas bill...

$28 per 5 days for a full tank, unless I do a little hypermiling...then its 7 days on a full tank.

I commute 50 miles or so each way...It's nearly all highway driving with little traffic...so around 45-50 mins each way....$20 a day to fill up my V8

70miles one way.  Yes it's during rush hr and my gas bill is not that much because I do something referred to as "Slugging".  This is a mode of transportation/ car pooling with strangers basically, that has been going on in the DC area for almost 20yrs.  

So my gas cost is basically driving from my home to the commuter lot.  20 a week.

Total car cost?  Not sure what your asking here.  How much did my car cost or what are my commuting expenses?

I leave home at 6.45 get my train at 7.16 get to work for 8.45 leave work at 5.30 get the underground for 15 minutes then the overground at 6.15 back to the station 7pm then home by 7.20 phew putting it down is tiring in itself!!

So i am out of the house 12.5 hours a day and 8 of it is working so i travel for work 4.5 hours a day.

I consider this as my daily exercises.

The car park costs me £100 per month and my train in £3500 per year so it costs me nearly £5000 just to get to work.

It helps that i love my job i suppose!
