How not to be nervous?

I am taking my drivers test. I am so nervous. I did it perfect thousands of times. When i get to nervous i s***w up any help on not being to nervous

  1. One of the best approaches is likely to be visualization. Many professional athletes (and Olympic champions) have seen sports psychologists to learn this technique or something

    like it.

    But first a caveat. Imagination is a better term than visualization. Some people can see vivid pictures, while other cannot (at least without more training). Some people will hear inner dialogues more easily than see pictures. They might hear phrases like "this is easy" or "I can do this" etc. Others will have physical sensations like a skier feeling what it is like to ski down a mountain.

    Briefly, allow yourself to relax by deep breathing or relaxing parts of your body from head to toe. Then imagine yourself succeeding at your driving test. You can also imagine yourself opening a letter to see you have passed the test or imagine yourself driving in 6 months.

    When you are taking the actual driving test, remember to breathe deeply into your belly.

    One last thing. Don't run over any old ladies during your driving test.

    It's ok to run over old ladies, but wait until you get your license.

      


  2. Just decrease the importance of issue for you (driver's test).

  3. Just Relax and think that you dont want to s***w thing,so you wont be nervous.

    And just repeat firmly "Let's see, what will happen.God, it is at your will" and carry on your job.

    I bet you will overcome your nervousness.
