How not to get caught at college using bittorrent?

I used bittorrent last year and I got caught because of the seeding part of the torrent. I got warning twice and then sent to internet-related office and had to go through some stuff. (reading violation laws out loud...) I tried to download games/movies/music somewhere else but there is none like bittorrent. I was wondering if anyone knows how to block that seeding part, or has been in the similar situation and figured out a way to download torrents using school/work internet?

How about don't use bittorents at college. Use something like frost or lime wire to download music and then you can disable any sharing options.
