  1. Well most people who fight enjoy the feeling of adrenaline and get into fights just too have that big rush. The more you fight you less you'll feel it. Btw everyone gets nervous and shakes when you get into a fight, its just your body getting ready for a beat down :) Meditate, do more traditional martial arts and you should master self control.

  2. be yourself they will like you for who you are

  3. lol glowstik green u got that passage out of the movie 300.

if your scared in a fight, your either scared of your enemy or your scared what u will do to him, find out the fear and conquer it, if your scared of him make sure u walk over and belt him as hard as u can, if your scared u will hurt him just take it easy, oh ye THES ES SSSSSSSSSHHHHHHPARTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. i get the same thing when i fight.

all you have to do is be aggressive and make the other guy scared.

    trust me this works.

  5. yes and no...

the adrenaline pumping through ur body helps u cope with getting hit and sh*t like that... so it cant be turned off

but for sure, fear will always be a constant...always

but to learn to deal with it...will make u a bad mutha...

  6. Just calm down..& relax !

What i do is i think about what is gonna happen when i fight

    & i always think ima win...ima win! & i do !

Soo ; just think about that, Im THE SAME way.
