How often can I play with my hamster?

I let her sleep when shes tired but it seems like shes bored so i take her out a lot... is that okay?

Yeah only in the evening and for half hour tops. If you think she is bored in her cage then you can put a toilet paper roll in there (empty). And a plastic toy from like McDonald's is good for them to climb over and such. And I hope you have a wheel in there for her.  You can also put things around the house in the cage just to give her something to do. But make sure its safe. nothing she can get hurt on

You should really only handle hamsters for about fifteen-twenty minutes a day, in the evening, so you don't disturb their natural sleeping pattern too much.

If you handle them a lot, they're more prone to getting wet tail and other stress related diseases.
