How often can i dye my hair?

i just died it platnuim blonde, and it turned orange#$@$% im satarting school in sep. and i want to fix ittttttttt!

You should wait about 6 weeks.  But, if the color turned out wrong it sounds like you may need a toner to be put on it to get rid of the orange.  Try going to a salon and seeing if they can do this.. or get Shimmer Lights shampoo (it's in a purple bottle) this shampoo helps take out the brassiness but will not be a quick fix.

You used a box color at home? That's what happens when you don't go to a professional. Blondes ALWAYS should! Unless you're lifting up to 2 shades, you need to go to a colorist or you risk ending up with a golden blonde, or worse yet that gnarly mustard color.

If you don't love the color go to a salon and have it fixed. If you try to do it yourself at home you might make it worse or damage it beyond repair.

well i would say only twice a yr or even less if possible

but since your hair ended up orange and you wanna fix it then i guessu can.

but make sure it doesn't happen again

dying your hair is damaging

and when u need to do a root-touch up make sure u only do the roots

not your whole hair. :)

you are supposed to wait six weeks but if you want to fix it dye and then DO NOT touch it for a long time cuz it ruins your hair
