How often can i give my hamster veggies?

You can give a teaspoon of carrots, broccoli or cauliflower once a day. Don't feed leafy greens- the amount is never right, so don't risk it.

Fresh vegetables every day.  Remove the old vegetables every day or they will rot and grow mold, make the animal sick, and attract pests.

We give our dwarf hamster fresh veggies 2-3 times a week.  He only gets a bit per serving & we make sure to remove any uneaten food a few hours later.  Everything is organic when possible & he also gets an occasional blueberry.

If your little friend is a larger hamster, I'd increase the amount of veggies but still keep the frequency to 2-3 times a week.
