How often do I use GC tooth mousse?

I was given it yesterday at the dentist but I don't know how often I use it. If it makes a difference, I am 14

I have GC tooth mousse as well, and I was told by my dentist to use it once a day, particularly at night time, before bed, because it will stay on your teeth longer i.e. you won't come into contact with food or drink until breakfast. He said the longer it stays on the better. Hope this helped : )

They are naughty, I was given the same a couple of years ago, but I am much older than you, my dentist told me to use it twice a day.

Do not use if your are allergic to milk protein products.
