How often do Walgreens give pay raises?

I've been working at walgreens for almost 3 months now. And I just really wanna know what I'm getting myself into.

i worked in pharmacy and was supposed to get a 6 month raise and a one year raise never seen both of them i talked to my store manager plenty of times and nothing she said would look into but nothing i worked there for 2 years then i finally saw a 90 cent raise
