How often do dreams come true beacause I had a weird one?

Question

I had the weirdest dream last night about the jonas brothers finding out that the naked brothers band are actually their long lost brothers and they join into one big band.

I also was near a soccer field and was shaking people with only by left hand beacause i didn't want to show people what was in my right hand.

I then went into a tiny bathroom with peeling yellow wall paper and was later trapped on a snowy mountain with a hot air ballon.

Its probably all nonsense and random memories being drained out but if you have any idea what my dream means or if theres anything true about it please help.

No, not likely this dream will ever come true; it was just one those garbage dreams meant to be forgotten, but some how you still remember it.
